On Tuesday morning, an earthquake measuring 4.1 on the Richter scale shook far-western Nepal.
The shocks were detected at 6:3 a.m. by the National Earthquake Monitoring and Research Center in Lainchaur, with the epicenter at Sainpasela in the Durgathali rural municipality of the Bajhang region.
According to the Bajhang District Administration Office, no injuries or damage have been reported as a result of the earthquake.
Locals reported the shocks were felt in all seven highland districts of Sudurpashchim Province.
On March 23, a 4.2-magnitude earthquake struck the Taplejung district, with its epicenter in the Taplejung district.
