Bhagwati Hydropower IPO: Bhagwati Hydropower Company is going to issue ordinary shares (IPO) to the public.
The company has even started the process of issuing an IPO.
The company has appointed Siddhartha Capital as the manager of public issues and the sale of ordinary shares.
The company is going to issue 1,430,162 ordinary shares at the face value of Rs 100 per share to the public.
The agreement was signed by Hari Prasad Pandey, executive chairman of the company, and Chandan Karki of Siddhartha Capital.
