In a Bolero jeep accident in Dailekh on Wednesday morning, one person died and six others were injured.
According to Dailekh Police, a Lu 2 Cha 4829 jeep traveling from Bestada Bazaar in Bhagwatimai rural municipality of Dailekh to Dailekh district headquarters collided near Katti creek.
Krishna Rokaya, 29, the jeep’s owner, has been identified as the deceased.
Chipin used to frequent Bestada bazaar, according to DSP Bhubaneswar Prasad Shah, Rokaya, a resident of Bhagawati-6.
According to DSP Shah, three of the eight injured have been transferred to the Karnali Province Hospital in Surkhet for further treatment.
In the vehicle, there were ten people, including the driver.
According to police, an investigation into the jeep accident has begun.
