Delhi Minor shot dead for not repaying 18 Thousand killers threw dead body in gutter Revealed after 17 days lcla

A 14-year-old boy was murdered in Delhi’s Shahabad area. Police has arrested 4 youths in this case. Three accused of the murder are still absconding. In fact, on January 22, the police had received information about a dead body being found in a gutter in Delhi’s Shahabad Dairy area. The police reached the spot and took the dead body into custody and sent it for postmortem.

Police investigation revealed that on January 19, a missing case of a 14-year-old boy Manjeet was registered. When the police got the dead body identified from the gutter, it came to know that the dead body belonged to the missing Manjeet. Manjeet’s relatives told the police that the minor was missing since January 9. After a lot of search, a missing report was filed on January 19.

When the police started investigation with the help of informer and surveillance, it was found that Manjit’s last location was near the clothes shop in D Block Shahabad Dairy. In this case, the police took two brothers named Harshit and Vikram into custody.

The minor was not giving loan to the accused

During interrogation, it was found that Harshit and Vikram are brothers and run a clothes shop in D Block Shahabad Dairy. Manjeet used to buy clothes from this shop and often did not pay. Manjeet used to take loan from him also. Both the brothers had given 18 thousand rupees to Manjeet. Whenever Harshit used to ask for his money back, Manjeet used to make excuses. It is being told that the deceased used to threaten to lodge a false complaint against Harshit and his brother.

Called at the shop and asked for money, did not give then killed

On the intervening night of January 9-10, both the accused along with their 3 other friends conspired to take revenge and kill him. Both called Manjeet to the shop. Both of them first asked the minor to repay the loan of Rs 18,000, but when he refused, a quarrel ensued.

Meanwhile, the accused named Chenta shot Manjeet, due to which he died. After the murder, the body of the minor was dumped in the gutter of E Block and the blood stained clothes were thrown in the drain near Sector 11 Rohini. Police say that three other accused, including Chenta, are still absconding in the minor’s murder case.
