At least 17 persons were injured in a microbus accident on Sunday morning in Benighat Rorang-3, Salanghat, Dhading.
According to Benighat police station sources, 17 persons were injured this morning when a Ba 4 Kha 2704 microbus traveling from Pokhara to Kathmandu collided with a Ba 8 Cha 7036 automobile and a Na 8 Kha 2014 truck traveling in the opposite direction.
Three of the injured are in critical condition. Five of the injured passengers have been flown to Kathmandu for treatment, while the remaining passengers are being treated at Gajuri Hospital and Malekhu Teaching Hospital.
According to the authorities, an investigation into the reason for the accident is ongoing.
