Former Minister of State for Madhesh Pradesh and Member of Constituent Assembly Dr. Dimple Kumari Jha has passed away.
Jha, who was suffering from cancer, passed away at his residence in Ranibari, Kathmandu this morning, said Keshav Jha, central executive member of LOSAPA.
