Former Pakistan minister and PTI leader Fawad Chaudhary has been arrested. This claim was made by PTI leader Farooq Habib on Wednesday morning. Fawad Chaudhary was arrested at a time when there was speculation about the arrest of former PM Imran Khan in Pakistan. Not only this, Fawad Chaudhary had claimed that the government is planning to arrest former PM Imran Khan.

Islamabad Police has confirmed the arrest of Fawad Chaudhary. According to information, a case was registered against Chaudhary at Kohsar police station in Islamabad last night on the complaint of Election Commission Secretary Umar Hameed. After the arrest of Fawad Chaudhary, a large number of supporters gathered outside Imran Khan’s residence. Habib also shared a video of Fawad Chaudhary being taken in a police vehicle. Habib wrote, the imported government has gone mad.

Police sources said that Fawad Chaudhary was arrested from Lahore. He can be brought to Islamabad. On the other hand, the leaders of the PTI party have opened a front against the Shahbaz government against Fawad’s arrest. PTI leader Ali Haider Zaidi tweeted, “Pakistan has become a lawless state in the hands of these law-breaking MPs and corrupt law enforcement officers.”
