OSSSC Nursing Officer Recruitment 2023: Odisha Sub-Ordinate Staff Selection Commission (OSSSC) has sought applications to fill more than 7000 Nursing Officer vacancies. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online by visiting the official website of the Commission (OSSSC), osssc.gov.in.
Online applications of Odisha OSSSC Nursing Officer Recruitment 2023 will run till 17 February 2023. As per the released notification, OSSSC on the other hand has canceled the Nursing Officer 2022 notification for which applications were invited in May last year. Those candidates who applied can apply for this recruitment.

Educational Qualification & Age Limit
Candidate should have passed 12th class with Diploma in GNM/ B.Sc Nursing. They should be registered with Nursing Council in the State and should have valid Registration Certificate as on the date of advertisement which will be uploaded online. According to the notification, to apply for the post of Nursing Officer, the minimum age limit should be 21 years and maximum 38 years. However, relaxation in upper age limit will be given to reserved category candidates as per government norms.
Selection Process
Applicants will be shortlisted on the basis of written test. There will be 100 questions in the multiple choice question based test, each question will carry one mark. The duration of the exam will be of 2 hours. The exams can be conducted on 19 March 2023. The information about the exam date, schedule and center will be given through the admit card well in advance of the exam. The admit card will be issued on the official website of the commission.
How much salary will you get (Pay Scale)
The candidates who get the post of Nursing Officer (NO) will be given a pay scale of Rs 29,200 to Rs 92300 under Pay Matrix Level-8.
