The House of Representatives (HoR) is holding a meeting today.
According to the Federal Parliament Secretariat, the meeting will begin at 1 p.m. at the Federal Parliament building in New Baneshwor.
The CPN-UML, the biggest opposition party, has maintained its posture of stalling parliament because its demands have not been met.
Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota, on the other hand, has been conducting meetings despite the UML‘s opposition.
