Three masked men shot dead a 52-year-old Indian-American man outside his home in Georgia. While his wife and daughter were injured. Police said, within a week this is the second such incident with Indians in America. The incident took place on January 20 at Thoroughbred Lane near Hartley Bridge Road, Georgia. The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement Monday that Pinal Patel and her family were on their way home from work when three masked men pointed guns at them.

Patel opposed all three and during this the miscreants opened fire on his family. The statement said that when police arrived, they found Pinal, his wife Roopalben Patel and daughter Bhakti Patel with gunshot wounds near their home.

All three were taken to Atrium Health, where doctors declared Pinal brought dead. It has been said in the statement that the condition of Roopalben and her daughter is said to be stable. Police said three masked men fled in a black vehicle after the attack. Investigators have sought the family’s assistance in identifying the attackers’ vehicle and persons.
