The first match of the three-match series between India and New Zealand is to be played in Ranchi on 27 January. After annihilating the visitors in the ODI series, the Men in Blue now aim to show strong performance in the T20 series as well. Senior players including Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli have been rested for the T20 series. In such a situation, the captaincy of the team has been handed over to Hardik Pandya.

Before the first T20 match, Hardik Pandya met former Team India captain MS Dhoni. Hardik has shared two beautiful pictures of the meeting. In the pictures, Hardik and Dhoni are sitting on a bike. This bike is similar to the bike from the Bollywood movie Sholay, which was ridden by Dharmendra and Amitabh Bachchan.

Hardik wrote in the caption of the picture, ‘Sholay 2 is coming soon.’ It means to say that Hardik and Dhoni have become Jai and Viru in this picture. Although the exact location of the picture is unknown. But it is believed that the bike on which both are being photographed is the picture of the garage of Dhoni’s house. Dhoni is very fond of bike collection.

It is also being said that during the dinner party, Dhoni also gave tips to the players of Team India. Anyway, being the home ground, Dhoni is aware of every nuance of the Ranchi ground.
