Nepal Weather today: weather in the hilly areas of the country will continue to be affected in the afternoon and evening.
According to the Meteorological Department, the western low-pressure system is likely to cause partial to moderate cloud cover in the high hilly and mountainous areas of the country.
The department has also requested to take necessary precautions as the temperature is on the rise and there is a possibility of lightning in some parts of the hilly terrain.

During the pre-monsoon period, there is sunshine throughout the day and in the afternoon and evening in the hilly areas, there are showers with thunderstorms and lightning.
According to the latest details of the Weather Forecast Division, the minimum temperature in Kathmandu Valley today is 15.5 degrees Celsius and the maximum temperature is 29.8 degrees Celsius. The minimum temperature in Jumla was 4.5 degrees Celsius and the maximum in Janakpur was 35.4 degrees Celsius.
