Peethadhishwar Pandit Dhirendra Shastri of Bageshwar Dham remains in constant discussions. On one hand he is facing opposition and on the other hand many leaders also supported him. Meanwhile, Jagadguru Shankaracharya Swami Avimukteshwaranand, who reached Bilaspur in Chhattisgarh, challenged him.

Without taking the name of Pandit Dhirendra Shastri of Bageshwar Dham, Shankaracharya said that those who show miracles should come to Joshimath and stop the sinking land, then I will recognize their miracles. Swami Avimukteshwaranand also said that I give recognition to those who show miracles according to the Vedas, but I do not give recognition to those who try to become miraculous.

Let us tell you that Shankaracharya, given in Jabalpur recently, had said that when the British had left India, at that time Mohammad Ali Jinnah had said that Muslims should be separated because he would be happy to go to his land. That’s why India was divided into pieces and Pakistan was created, but even at that time some Muslims remained in India. If they are getting happiness and peace here, then what is the need to create Pakistan. That’s why this matter should be reconsidered once and Akhand Bharat should be built again.

Conversion a political issue: Shankaracharya

Living in this country and living among Hindus is the destiny of both, then there is no need for a separate country. Therefore once again Pakistan should be reconsidered and both the countries should be united, there is no problem in this. Both the countries will have to give their consent only on paper. On the issue of conversion, he said that there is no religious reason behind those who speak in its favor or oppose it, there is a political reason behind it.
