For the next two days, the Siraha district has issued a prohibition order.
The injunction was enforced by the District Administration Office (DAO) in Siraha after the Janamat Party, led by CK Raut, held demonstrations and vehicular strikes in the district.
The cease-and-desist injunction will be in place until Wednesday.
The DAO has issued a prohibitory order, ordering residents not to leave their homes between the hours of 5 a.m. and 7 p.m., and prohibiting meetings, assemblies, and protests during that time.
From Balan Khola in the east to the Kamala River in the west, up to 500 meters north and south of the National Highway, and from Choharwa to PK Raj Enterprises (petrol station) on the Siraha road portion, the order will stay in place.
