When you think of a Nepalese entrepreneur, the first name that springs to mind is Binod Chaudhary. Forbes magazine dubbed him Nepal’s first billionaire, making him the first Nepalese to do so.

He is the chairman of the Chaudhary Group, which was created on April 14, 1955 and now includes around 80 companies. With over a billion packets made annually and distribution in 35 countries, Wai Wai noodles, a Chaudhary Group product, is the most successful.

1. Anil Shah

He is the CEO and founder of Mega Bank in Nepal. Anil Shah is a well-known and prosperous Nepalese businessman.

He previously worked as a chief operating officer in a standard chartered bank and as the CEO of Nabil Bank for five years, establishing himself as one of the most successful banking figures in a short period of time. In the near future, he is anticipated to be designated one of Nepal’s top entrepreneurs.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in forestry. As a result, he became a wildlife officer and played a key role in the creation of Nepal’s first national park. He went on to work in the tourism industry after that.

He received a Master of Civil Engineering degree from the Soviet Union in 1979 and an MBA from Victoria University in Australia in 1986. He and his wife launched Melbourne Institute of Technology in 1996.
