Water shortage in Sindh and Punjab provinces as well
According to the report, only 25 percent of the people of Balochistan of Pakistan are getting clean water for drinking. Not only in Balochistan but also in Sindh province some similar situations are being seen. Apart from this, the water problem in Punjab province is increasing with each passing day. Punjab needs 1,27,800 cusecs of water, while it is getting only 53,100 cusecs of water. People are facing water shortage up to 75 percent in the state.

For this, he was expecting help from the International Monetary Fund (IMF). According to the report, IMF has refused to give loan to Pakistan. The IMF has also flatly refused to send rescue teams to help the troubled country. Pakistan’s Shahbaz Sharif government had requested the IMF to send a team to complete the review.
